In order to "Personalize" your child's book, the following information will be added to the story:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Gender
• Hometown
• State
• 3 Friends or Family Members to be included in the story (You can also include a favorite pet to take along. Pet names count as one of the three friends.)

Additional information that can be added free of charge:

• Nickname
• Middle Name
• Age
• A Special Dedication From the Sender
